Okura Yusoki Co. Ltd is world renowned for it’s high speed, cost effective robot palletisers, the fastest in their class and designed from the bottom up with only palletising in mind. As a supplier and integrator of palletising systems throughout the UK and Ireland, LVP can now offer the latest generation of Okura ‘A’ Series III robots with capacities from 400 – 1800 cycles per hour.
The robots are capable of palletising or de-palletising boxes, bags, totes, steel and plastic containers. Custom designed end effectors (hands) can also be employed for handling specific items. The OXPA teaching system is Windows based and through a touch screen interface on the control panel, allows operators to easily prepare and download new pallet patterns. LVP offers complete end of line solutions including system design, conveyor integration, installation, operator training, after sales support and spares back up.
